A new clinic, built around one family at a time
Compass Learning ABA is a new practice, started by Jade Singleton, LABA, with a simple focus: individualized, relationship-driven ABA therapy, delivered under clinical supervision, without losing the personal attention a small practice can offer.

- 5+ years in caregiving & special needs
Jade Singleton founded Compass Learning ABA to give families the kind of care she has spent her career providing — and the kind she understands firsthand.
Alongside her master's in behavior analysis, she holds doctorates in biostatistics and epidemiology. That's an unusual background for a practice this size, and it changes how the work gets done: ABA runs on data. Every session produces measurements, and real progress depends on someone reading those numbers honestly — telling genuine gains from ordinary variation, catching a plateau early, and changing course when the data says to rather than when the calendar does.
She has spent more than five years working in caregiving and with children with special needs. She is also the parent of a child with special needs, which means the questions families bring to her are ones she has asked herself.
That combination shapes how she practices. Plans are built with a researcher's rigor, but designed around what a real week actually looks like for a family — the school pickups, the hard mornings, the small wins worth celebrating.
How we practice
Clinical Supervision
As a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst, Jade practices under the supervision of Jasmine Ortiz, BCBA, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Every child's treatment plan is developed and reviewed together, and your child's care is supervised throughout.
For families, that means two credentialed clinicians are involved in your child's program — the consistency of working with one familiar person, with a second set of experienced eyes on every plan.
Our Approach
Because Compass Learning ABA is intentionally small, every family works closely with Jade directly — from the first phone call through ongoing care, rather than being handed off to a large rotating staff. Plans are individualized and clinically supervised, built around your child's strengths, your family's routines, and the goals that matter most to you.
Our values
Individualized care
No two children are the same, and no two treatment plans should be either.
Family partnership
Parents and caregivers are part of the team, not bystanders to it.
Steady guidance
Progress takes time. We aim to be a steady, honest guide along the way.
